BMW 318is 5spd 1 owner M3 bits, coilovers, wheels, system

Its a 1993 318is 5spd.

109k miles, and counting, its my daily.

1 female owner, family friend, (a woman in her 50s), i never the titled the car to myself but i do hold the title. I also hold the original window sticker, all manuals and any documentation taken upon delivery (even have the new owner cassette from BMW, classic stuff here).

Its low mileage for its age because she drove it a mile to work and back for like 15 years. All services and repairs were performed at Momentum BWM or Alpine Autowerke. They were on time like clockwork. I have all receipts for the work done, i haven't totaled it up but its 5000+.

I took possession of the car with around 99k miles, a year ago, and performed the following:

M3 glass projector headlights
Helios HID Kit 5000k 55watts (not some cheap 35w ebay crap) it looks beautiful.
M3 clear corners
M3 red/clear tail-lights
M3 OEM 2pc front bumper and splitter
BavAuto License plate delete kit (front)
Autowerke Black kidney grills
3M 20% tint all around

J.O.M. Fully height adj. coilovers, front & rear

Car was aligned at PRO-Alignment on richmond (they specialize in aligning lowered vehicles)

I've had 2 things maintenance wise that the car has been in the shop for since ive owned it:

1. Key cylinder broke, car wouldnt start, had the car towed to the dealer, ended up replacing the key cylinder and the entire assembly around the steering wheel. $500+
2. Throw out bearing was making noise when i got the car, got worse till i decided to change it and did the clutch at the same time. Luk OEM clutch, decided to do the pelican full shifter bushing set (the shifter was getting sloppy), also a new PBR Clutch slave cylinder, plus full flush. $600+

As far as what the car needs currently.. nothing really but a driver. The valve cover gasket leaks (every now and then you can smell a little oil burning off the headers), and has been leaking since like 70k miles, maybe a quart or less between oil changes, its like a 30 dollar gasket ive just been too damn busy to do it. The headliner could use some love, its coming down in places, i have it tacked up with pins(classy). A couple of minor rips and tears in the seats, etc. Paint is decent, looks good from like 10ft away, but it is a 17 year old car. There is some damage to the right side skirt, i never got it fixed because i planned on getting m3 side skirts (which would cover the damage and a m3 rear bumper (the only thing missing from the full m3 look).

Thats all i can remember for now, im sure im leaving a couple of thing out here and there.

The car is a blast to drive, its slow as molasses so you cant get into any trouble with it but the suspension makes up for the speed. Its fun attacking on/off ramps at like 80mph and not even hearing a tire squeal...The thing is glued to the road, and the coilovers ride so nice for being slammed i really cant believe it. It seriously rides smoother than a stock bmw. Ill never own another spring/shock setup. Its got a kickin sound system, has working a/c, and i think the car looks awesome (ive always loved e36s). Plus it gets an honest 27-30mpg. I usually average 450 miles per tank (15.5gal).

I want $3500 for the car, not a penny less. I have more than that in the vehicle with parts & service that i've done. This is a STEAL. I WANT to sell it to get a new vehicle, but i don't have to. I can literally part the car out, put all the stock parts on, trade it in to a dealer, get raped, and still come out better then that but i just don't have the time/willingness to do it. I also dont wanna start by asking 4-5k, and then pretend to have someone work me down and get "deal" at 3.5k. No bullshit, my bottom dollar off bat.

All stock parts will come with vehicle (Stock bumper, headlights, tailights, corners, wheels/tires etc.. anything i got)

Also, please only serious inquires. I, like everyone else have a job/life etc, I will do my utmost to answer any questions about the vehicle in a timely manner, however please do not bombard me with questions when you have no interest, or try to fish with low-ball offers.
