| Well since the police have been worse then normal both for street racing AND partys i want to buy a 360. my last one got the red ring of death  i just need the system NOT the wires, controllers, games, etc. I have all that from my old one. it MUST be able to get on live (no modded ones please) Thanks | |

| Matt I have on with the red ring also, but supposedly you can send it back for free? WHy didn't you do that and they'll send it back to you free is what I've heard from a few people....I have a receipt with the one to send back and box and all. I bought a new one and didn't mess with it. I tell anyone who wants it 100bucks and its theirs to send back and all, but if you want it come get it. | |

| I would send it in but it has been opened before so microsoft won't look at it. And i've taken it to little shops and it's some little part that's worth more then a whole new system. But I might get yours if nothing else comes up. you have to call Microsoft and talk to them then they will send you a box to mail the 360 in. They will fix it or give you a new one and mail it back to you for free. | |

I ended up just buying one cause I didn't wanna wait. so I have a elite which is overpriced xbox is all it is with crap games that i didn't even open yet lol | |

| $50 a friend of mine will fix the red ring of death for you. it will never do it again. he is a computer geek! he knows his stuff. he did my brothers and it works as though it were bran new! let me know if you need one done ill hook you up. microsoft will only fix the system if it is under warenty i believe. my brother sent his in 3 times and it kept getting it. | |
