Honestly Sergio I find the LSx motor far more simple than a SBF. I would work on an LS motor any day before a Ford.

Decided to pull the whole motor out.. Itll be easier to work on and to swap converters. This weekend ill be off and be able to knock it out.

Primered my valve covers they look decent

i'd do the wrinkle black in the VHT wrinkle. It comes out awesome looking!

what kind of rocker arms do you have? Are they adjustable or pedestal mount?

Comp Cams 1.6, adjustable. Your brother & youtube taught me how to adjust them about 5 years ago lol. That's actually how I met you guys, when I started having some questions about putting my stuff together

None that I have heard. I know that dude is always hustling, so I'm pretty sure he's busy with that. & I think he was also working on the Barney.

Back at it i decided to pull the motor out and change out oil pan gasket since i had a leak well further inspection hair line cracks around the bolts. Picking up a oil pan and gasket friday







You can see how dirty the pan is. This weekend ill be off so i should be able to work on going to clean it up and paint the block and engine bay.

You going to put new lifters while you have it out?

Yes lifters, oil pump, and ls2 chain

you got the LS2 chain? I got a brand new one I had for my T/A cam swap but ended up going double roller.

Yes i have it already, i just need pushrods
