Stupid Radio and Wipers

So all of a sudden, my radio and my windshield wipers stopped working, i checked all the fuses and every single one of them seem to have current. Im stumbled, anyone know what this might be? Electrical short? Fuse delay?

Seen this problem happen alot with the 99-04 body style. Check ALL the fuses with a tester. It has to be one of the fuses in there. It could be a random fuse as well not just the radio fuses.

i checked all the fuses and they ALL checked out. I might just go on a replacing spree and just put new fuses in all of them...

is there only one fuse box?

The car has two fuse boxes. One under the steering wheel and one inside the hood.

Master wire came off. Dont know how but it did. $25 wasnt too bad...
