Updates of the Blue Meanie for "The Mile"

So ive been quiet for a bit, and keeping things under wrap, but i figured i would give a little update as to where i and the car sit in terms of being ready for the Texas Mile next weekend.

I have full suspension back on the car. GT500 ford racing swaybars, Steeda ultralight springs (1" front and 1.25" rear drop), a ton steeda parts all over like bushing supports, bumpsteer, front swaybar braces, new slotted rotors with Nasty hawk brakepads. I had a firewall or "bulkhead installed between the trunk and cabin in case of explosions, and thats good because i put the seatbelts back in the back seat and would like to take the kids for a ride in it at some point. There are two Catch Cans installed on the valve covers to catch all this bs oil that comes out of the breathers under boost. I have an AMS 1000 thats going to be put in monday so i can run 24PSI with no ramping issues. I have a 3 ZONE FIRE suppression system thats getting here tomorrow so at the pull of a cable, it blows halon into the engine compartment, cabin and trunk. There is now a Parachute on the back of the car ( my favorite one so far, i want to go down 45 and yank that ho!!!) Also have some 2010 shelby wheels, gt500 front end including bumper, KR Ramair and vented hood, lights and fog lights (HID), grills and such. Car has really come along.

Dyno time is next week and i told them i need the car back by wednesday evening so i can try to drive it before i go run it lol. not sure how it will feel going from 740rwhp on pumpgas and 14 psi ( well 10 cause i have a boost leak right now) to 24psi and C16!!! A couple of years ago at 24psi and the TH400 it made 863 rwhp at 5700 on pumpgas, on accident. so hopfully i can make that or better now with the 6 speed and race gas. We rebuild the rear end and put 3.27's in it which should net me about 205mph top speed in 5th gear which is what im shooting for at the mile.!!! BTW im running Nitto NT05's. 295/45/18 rear and 275/40/18 fronts z rated tires not radials.

I appreciate all the comments y'all are leaving. I've been very quiet on the forum due to personal life situations. But yesterday I had some of the greatest news i could have ever had and it's really perked me up. I'll be adding pictures frequently of the rest of the process. Thanks again people

On this car to have a wing be effective on this car, it would have to be as tall as the roof or a little higher. Im not going all ricerd out! There are plenty of shelbys going 190+ with no physical exterior mods, and hell, if i die i die!! lol j/k!

Check every single bolt on the suspension before attempting this. Also check on stupid shit like wear rating on rims ( if they are aluminum ) and what not . Wrecking because a simple little bolt backed out would be bad news or a rim cracking. I seen alot of guys on tracks have a hub break and even at low speeds the car just spins automaticly .

Well hit the dyno this evening. 21 psi 17 degrees timing got me 899rwhp and 868 rwtq
