Clean LS1 coupe for sale

well i went and checked out this car. and there is definitely a reason why he only wants 7k...

the paint is fresh BUT it looks like the whole car was sprayed in less than a day. there were cracks under the clear coat, clumping, globbing, dents etc etc.

he said it had ls6 heads but they were 241's....fuck that shit.

it also still had the original 4 lug set up all the way around and the back left had a bolt missing.

also i was lead to believe that the nitrous kit was pretty much ready to go....it wasn't. the solenoids were mounted and the remote fuel cell was mounted and that was about it. the bottle had no lines ran to it, none of the wiring was done, none of the plumbing to the fuel cell was done.

the cage that was in it was cut out of another mustang and transplanted into this one.

it had suspension work BUT none of it was adjustable and some of it still needed to be installed.

there was a bad exhaust leak, on top of the carb not being fully tuned.

so pretty much i'de maybe give him 5k for it.

that sucks but thats good information for anyone that would be interested in it.

yeah well neither of those things are what really matters anyways. i was just saying....all together it's not worth 7k.

Yeah the paint looks fairly decent in the picture but I guess that was far from the truth.
